Terms and Conditions - in short

Bedrooms sleep up to 6 people.
Sorry, no smoking or pets allowed in the property - this is a strict rule
50% deposit secures your holiday. Balance is due 4 weeks before your stay
Changeovers happen on Saturdays (Departures 10am - Arrivals 3pm)
Electricity and gas consumption is included in your price - no meters
Bed linen, pillows and duvets are provided. Please bring your own towels.
£100 Refundable deposit is required to cover any unforeseen damage
