After your enquiry we will advise you of current availability around the time of your preferred holiday.
Consideration will be given to late bookings.

If you are happy with the availability and the price quoted we will send you a Provisional Booking Form and the Terms & Conditions of your stay.

Terms and Conditions - in short

Bedrooms sleep up to 6 people.
Sorry, no smoking or pets allowed in the property - this is a strict rule
50% deposit secures your holiday. Balance is due 4 weeks before your stay
Changeovers happen on Saturdays (Departures 10am - Arrivals 3pm)
Short breaks are available - min 3 nights stay - midweek or weekend
Electricity and gas consumption is included in your price - no meters
Bed linen, pillows and duvets are provided. Please bring your own towels.
£100 Refundable deposit is required to cover any unforeseen damage
